Trinity staff were kind and caring. I was treated with dignity. The community nurses genuinely cared about me, my reason for give a score of 4 regarding information is because my son who works in a caring profession explained things to me. This is what I wanted.

The community slept back, I feel I don’t need the community nurses just now. I know I can contact them whenever I feel I need to, they are always there for me.

The care I received from the community team was excellent. I have been discharged from the community care team for how. I know I can ring them anytime and they will help. What a team of lovely people.
